bc67a28644 Debian freeswitch, install binary lib that uses dyn type 98 
Freeswitch starts dynamic PT at 102, see
    https://freeswitch.org/stash/projects/FS/repos/freeswitch/browse/src/switch_core_media.c#10217

    Thanks again google bully. :-(

    This is not recompiled just bit patched to change 102 to 98. Sky did not fall down (yet).

664069d5ca Moving towards a working puppet recipe for Debian 9. 
This commit removes the static modules and replaces them with git submodules

It also removes riak and packagecloud, that are no longer used.
