dd2878b076 Swap LCR for osmo-sip-connector 
Install osmo-sip-connector from package repo
Install the sip connector config file.
Disable LCR in runit
Also adds hiera param lcls for new functionality with sip-connector

30be8bebf1 Quote kannel_port in case it is empty 
This recipe is not supporting kannel anymore, but until rccn can fully handle this
make sure a lack of config doesn't break it.

44753f67c6 FreeSwitch: add outgoing profile and gateway 
Add a profile called Outgoing and a gateway for the
Internal VOIP gateway server.

Also making way into the patch is the addition of a private repo
for fs sounds
