cbd13217bd Ensure osmo-sip-connector is 1.3.0 
Osmo Sip Connector after version 1.3.0 updated the MNCC version
and will not work anymore with the osmo-nitb. As the .deb is
no longer available we save a copy of it here and will install
manually in a fortchcoming commit.

58f74c3095 backup strategy: reduce size of daily backup dumps 
We need a new backup strategy.
In the meantime, dramatically reduce the size by not dumping large tables.
TODO: even increase the frequency of dumping the more volatile data?
TODO: implement some kind of incremental backup.

bc67a28644 Debian freeswitch, install binary lib that uses dyn type 98 
Freeswitch starts dynamic PT at 102, see

    Thanks again google bully. :-(

    This is not recompiled just bit patched to change 102 to 98. Sky did not fall down (yet).
